Nutrtion was great yesterday! I am taking today off but I have been great with meals today!

So I got a batch of the Alpha P Var for the wife.  Was wondering if you are liking it so far and are you seeing results?

Strength and endurance up?

I really like it. Strength and endurance are definitely up. I am seeing results but I did take almost 2 weeks off from the gym because my husband and kiddos got hit pretty hard with sickness, my diet was shit through most of that. So, I am kind of playing catch-up right now. Lol!  I started at 10 mg but recently upped it to 15 mg.

Man, that sucks being out for 2 weeks while on cycle.  Good to hear that strength and endurance are up!

Hey if the kids or the hubby get sick again while on cycle and you have to be out of the gym, do some calisthenics to keep you endurance and strength up.

Can’t make gains sitting on the couch snackin’ on bonbon’s….LMAO

Anyway, best of luck, can’t wait to see the updates!

Rest weekend!

 

We went to a different gym today and I was all thrown off! I like the comfort of our regular gym, I never feel comfortable at the one we went to today. Overall, I have more confidence in the gym and I didn’t go in the women’s room. That’s an accomplishment for me there! Anyway, today was Leg day!
