I felt really good in the gym today. I do have a really hard time eating enough. I need to figure out how to fit in more food!

I am not really sure that I can even call what I did today a workout. The manager at our gym is chatty and she interrupted the short time that I had to be there. I did have a lot of energy and a great pump going.

Shoulders and glutes
Side laterals and frog pumps
Rev pec dec and banded elevated bridges
Upright rows and banded duck walks

That’s all before the 25 min interruption. She is so nice but DAMN she can talk.

I took three days off from the gym to rest and just be with my family and it was nice but back to the grind today.

I am home with a sick kiddo and I have to work late tonight so, it was an at home workout today.

I took a break from the gym to take care of my sick little family. Everyone is on the mend now! I hit the gym today and it felt so good to be back at it! I started up my John meadows program again today. I will be following it loosely this time. My meals have been on point today but I didn’t figure macros. I have kept up with taking my Anavar but I am increasing it to 15 mgs, 5 mgs – 3 times a day.

Eating has been on point all day! That is a huge accomplishment compared to what it was while everyone was sick. I am up a few pounds and it isn’t muscle gainz. 🙄
