I felt really good in the gym today. I do have a really hard time eating enough. I need to figure out how to fit in more food!

I am not really sure that I can even call what I did today a workout. The manager at our gym is chatty and she interrupted the short time that I had to be there. I did have a lot of energy and a great pump going.

I took a break from the gym to take care of my sick little family. Everyone is on the mend now! I hit the gym today and it felt so good to be back at it! I started up my John meadows program again today. I will be following it loosely this time. My meals have been on point today but I didn’t figure macros. I have kept up with taking my Anavar but I am increasing it to 15 mgs, 5 mgs – 3 times a day.

Eating has been on point all day! That is a huge accomplishment compared to what it was while everyone was sick. I am up a few pounds and it isn’t muscle gainz. 🙄
