Will do a cheat meal eventually. Trying to tighten up a beat. I’m an endomorph so don’t need many calories to keep size.
What are your current macros and goals?
I been out f the gym for a bit so my macros are ……see it then eat it lol
I really need to start tracking and at the least to a IIFYM ( I hate that diet module) I like a keto diet with high fats to drop some weight but will do high protein med fat and very low carb soon as I get back to working out
