We’ve previously seen the benefits of resistance training on general population, but we also saw the benefits it has on kids development, which of course, become stronger in so many areas as a result.

Could that be true for older people as well ? Well, of course.

Resistance training is the single (and safest), exercise you can engage on. And that’s true for anyone and everyone, across all ages.

Of course training should be calibrated to meet everybody’s individual characteristics, but when performed consistently, it always leads to better outcomes.

Both Physiological & Psychological.

So start training. Start slow and progress. You’ll thank yourself for doing it at any age. There’s never a session you regret having!
