Phosphatidic acid is a somewhat, “underground,” supplement that certainly warrants more research. Studies have shown that PA can activate mTOR and increase protein synthesis by itself – and this increase can benefit gains in a long-term training program! If you’re interested in a unique supplement that may offer growth and strength benefits, give phosphatidic acid a shot.
