Maximizing Hypertrophy: The rules of the game⭕️

Skeletal Muscle Hypertrophy is the fascinating process through which muscles grows as a response to the progressive demand imposed by heavy resistnce training.

Our muscle fibers are able to *sense* the tension through a process called mechanotransduction, and translate that mechanical signal into a chemical one, which over the long term, results in the cascade of events that lead to the addition of proteins inside the muscles (muscle fiber growth).

In this post, I try to give a somewhat exhaustive list of tips, based on the most recent evidence based guidelines, that can help you achieve this goal. Of course individuality, age, sex, training experience, and other factors do play a role in the specifics of each training program… and no single program is *perfect* unless you can adhere to it, however, if followed, these tips can give incredible results for the majority of people, if followed over the course of the long term (10 years + squad).

Try them out and see how you do. You can thank me in 10 years!
