Insulin is the most anabolic hormone in the body and capable of adding copious amounts of lean mass to your physique. One of the lesser talked about effects of taking a glucose disposal agent(GDA) is that not only can it help create an extremely anabolic environment by shuttling carbs and EAA into your muscles, but also gives you insane(and painful) pumps in the gym. I first noticed this when I was formulating glycolog, but now since I’ve been using the ingredients in my new @chemixlifestyle #GDA it reminded me just how important this aspect is. Insulin can increase MPS via the PIK3 pathway to activate mTOR, which is a key pathway your body makes muscle tissue. Recently, I’ve been stacking #Intraworkout and #EAA with the beta GDA samples and it’s extremely noticeable in the gym(pumps without any vasodilators). By taking simple carbs and amino acids around training, you can create an anabolic environment by manipulating insulin secretion. This, in turn will lead to greater gains and via recovery by 1)preventing muscle breakdown and 2)activating pathway to build new muscle tissue.

Take home message: taking a GDA with simple carbs and EAA around training can help you build muscle and decrease the chance of carbs being stored as fat via up-regulating glycogen synthesis and other pathways to shuttle carbs and aminos into your cells! Stay tuned for the full ingredients panel of GDA to be released very soon!

I agree, I have a intra workout drink made of powdered Gatorade a scoop and a half with EAA’s (the brands vary) in 25oz of water and ice.
Looking forward to the GDA ingredients!
