The hardest part of the bodybuilding lifestyle by far is the food. I’ve never been a big eater and after a regular sized meal I just don’t want to see food for a good 5 or 6 hours. If I force feed just a bit my digestion gets messed up and I feel bloated, constipated, can’t sleep well and even start having allergy symptoms.
How do you guys keep up with all the eating? What works for you?
