Digestion, what works for you?

The hardest part of the bodybuilding lifestyle by far is the food. I’ve never been a big eater and after a regular sized meal I just don’t want to see food for a good 5 or 6 hours. If I force feed just a bit my digestion gets messed up and I feel bloated, constipated, can’t sleep well and even start having allergy symptoms.
How do you guys keep up with all the eating? What works for you?
Then maybe you should try the current trend of restricted feeding window aka 16/8 intermittent fasting, some swear by it, in terms of weight loss and overall health.
