Hey Y’all.

Wanted to get this log started up to post progress and hold myself accountable. Looking to lean out for summer, then build a bit to hopefully step on stage for a womens figure competition.

Background on me – I’m 5’9″ ish. I weigh 147lbs as of this morning. I have Lupus, which makes my system run a lot differently than most. Having a body that eats itself proves challenging, but I do my best. I have two dogs that I love with all my heart and soul. Ralph, who’s a Greyhound (4 years). And Vanellope who’s a German Shepherd (4 months). You’ll see them in the background on pics I’m sure.

Currently working out 4-5 days a week. I JUST hired the most AMAZING coach (after a previous one fell through). Now I will be working out 6 days a week starting this week. One day being just a cardio + abs day.  I haven’t gotten the full plan details yet, but I’ve been holding steady at <100g carbs a day, 190g protein, and <50g fats. Once the updated macros comes through from the coach I’ll be sure to post it.

I prep everything. And I do mean everything. From pill/vitamin packs, to gym clothes packs, to food. Takes a lot of the thinking out of it.

I have a package coming from PCS containing anavar and primo ace tabs that I am super excited to run. I’ll post up dosages once I run it through my coach and they arrive. Shouldn’t be too much longer. I hope yall follow along and help call me out on my shit as this long continues. Thanks for the support!

I’ll follow this too.

Primo tabs is probably the best compound for females. You’re running it alongside var or separate?

Autoimmune diseases aren’t easy to deal with, mostly because doctors know so little about it.

Will be rooting for you and be mindful of what your body is telling you at all times.

10mg anavar 25mg primo ace tab split dose. I’ll take half in the morning and half in the afternoon before my workout.

Shoulders today. I think I’m starting to see a little more definition in my back. Which is exciting for me.

My new coaches routine is brutal, and I absolutely love it.

How many weeks out ? you look pretty lean already

I often see girls doing better on just one hormone, but I’m sure you’ll listen to your body and adjust if needed.

Thanks! Not till the end of the year. Lean out, bulk up a bit, then lean back out for the show.

I just don’t want to be bulking in summer

alright guys got the new diet from the coach that I’ll be working with.
basically its
eggs
chicken
chicken
salmon
salmon

macros add up to about 160gc and 160gp I’ll definitely be spending my days full that’s for sure.
back day was yesterday
leg day 2 was today.

3-4 weeks cycle free start to adjust to the new diet and training plan.
After that I’m going with whatever she suggests, which will for sure include primo ace and anavar coming from PCS.
I’m really happy with this coach and both the diet/training plans she’s given me – looking forward to my body changing. And not being hungry all day.
