Personal experience. I heard about taking Baking Soda before you workout and it would give you awesome pumps. Well I had never heard of this in all the years of being in the gym, so I had to try it. I took about a table spoon full of baking soda, let is dissolve in my mouth and made sure that it got under my tongue. After is was all dissolved, I washed it down with a bottle of water. Then off to the gym.
About 30 min or so, it started to kick in. Boy did it kick in. My shoulders were so full that I didn’t make it through the entire workout. IT was the craziest thing I had ever seen. The only thing that I can even compare it to would be Dbol pumps. You know the back cramps that puts you down. How wild is it that I got this kind of pump from a box that cost only a few bucks?
I have not gone to the gym without taking my baking soda and WOW is all I can say. Now it may not feel this way to everyone as we are all different but for the cost, you should give it a try.
