Weak Upper Back

Sad because your upper back and shoulders are weak and don’t feel good? Well stop it and try this awesome movement!  The Z-Press is a great way to challenge upper back/shoulder strength and mobility. This movement requires good mobility through the upper back and a ton of control to stay upright throughout the movement.  This is a great way to get your upper back stronger and feeling better!

Sit on the ground with the legs straight out and reasonable weights.  Start light as this movement is tough.  Your goal is to press the weight straight up while keeping your upper back tall and straight.  If you feel like you are starting to round then the set is over, or you need to go lighter weight.
