Top Exercises Per Muscle Group:

1️⃣ Chest: Dumbbell bench press. A great all-round chest exercise that helps you train the chest muscles with a larger range of motion.

2️⃣ Lats: Pull-up. If doing pull-ups is difficult for you, you can also perform the lat pulldown. The pulldown trains the lats similarly well [1].

3️⃣ Abs: Cable ab pulldown. A great exercise to overload your abdominal muscles. Doing high-rep bodyweight exercises will not cut if you are looking to grow your abdominal muscles!

4️⃣ Triceps: Overhead cable extensions. Simply because research shows that training the triceps while your arms are overhead boost triceps muscle growth [2].

5️⃣ Biceps: Cable curls (facing away). There is also research showing that training the biceps while they are in a stretched position (like during this cable curl) increases biceps gains [3]
