We would all like to outsource this and never have to deal with stress but, unfortunately, nobody gives a shit if you’re stressed, and why should they, they have their own life and their own stress. Instead, let’s take control and focus on how we manage our own stress.
Stress usually accumulates through a build-up of tasks, the feeling of being under pressure and getting nothing done. You cross the line to realize its been moved to an unreachable distance ahead of you. The pressures of life, providing for yourself and others, losing control over outcomes, even just worry which has built up to levels which cause you angst and stress. We are all susceptible to these things, but why does it seem like every one else is breezing through life? Some aren’t, but those who are you can guarantee practice all the pillars of this list;
1 – As mentioned previously, we are undated with too much information, constantly, we aren’t designed to process this much info! Disconnect! ALL success people take breaks, stop watching TV, take social media breaks. Have time limits and breaks from the stream of BS.
2 – Take care of yourself physically, being active will improve the chemically balance of your brain allowing you to work more efficiently, taking control over your body gives you back some of the control you feel you are losing when under stress.
3 – Actively train your MIND, Stress is your brain not coping. Your brain is a muscle. Train it.
Firstly – Read books in the evening instead of watching “Supernatural”. Its simple.
