Shoulder/rotator cuff pain? Try this bullet proofing exercise! A bottoms up kettlebell carry requires balance and control from the rotator cuff and core to make a very challenging exercise. A lot of people do traditional rotator cuff exercises but many of these exercises do not challenge stability and coordination of the region, or involve the core! This is definitely an exercise for the later stages of rehab once the range of motion and pain has improved. Quit messing around and get your shoulders healthy with bullet proofing exercises!

1️⃣ Bottoms Up Kettlebell Carry: grab a light kettlebell in the center of the grip and hold it upside down with your shoulder and elbow at 90 degrees. Now walk slowly back and forth to really challenge the movement!
