Is your rotator cuff fixed yet? These cookie cutter exercises sometimes help, but most the time you need something a little better to get the job done! Here we show a dynamic way to stabilize the shoulder that a lot of you probably haven’t tried yet! This challenges the shoulder and the core through movement and really helps stabilize the shoulder. It’s not that the first exercise with the band is β€œwrong” or β€œbad”, it just may not be the best exercise out there.
.
1️⃣ Half kneeling windmill: grab a kettlebell or dumbbell and hold it overhead. Get in a kneeling position with the same side knee up as the kettlebell. Slowly and controlled rotate the opposite arm down to the ground, and back up.
