πŸ’₯ Tight QL? Here is a child’s pose twist to open up the QL and low back for some relief! Your QL is a muscle that connects your pelvis to your low back and bottom rib. It is tight in a lot of people with low back issues and needs addressed. This is how you can open it up and get moving so here is a way to loosen not only the QL/ low back but also the lat and the shoulder too! It’s quick, easy, and a great option to add into your everyday routine!
.
1️⃣ Get in child’s pose and simply crawl the arms away from the side you wish to target. Take deep belly breaths and relax in this position and slowly crawl further every 10 seconds feeling the hips, low back, lats, and shoulders open up and release!
.
βœ… DM us for an online consultation so we can help you fix your low back in the comfort and convenience of your home.
