This is my first post in this forum, so let me tell you a little about me so you know this is a legit review.

I am not like the young guys here..I am 60 years old.  when I was 50-ish I was diagnosed with low-T, felt like shit, couldn’t think clearly…. it affected my personal and professional life severely.  Complicating things, I’ve lived an active life and as a result had seven major orthopedic issues, resulting in bad joints that binder my movement.

I tried the basic, doctor-prescribed T-gel… not only did it not solve the problem, it created more through side effects.  Then I went on specialist-run TRT program.  Yes, great results…but WAY WAY too expensive, and not covered by insurance.  I did not have the money to pay thousands of dollars for treatment that I desperately needed.  Then I went to Costa Rica and found legit doctors that prescribe TRT for a lot less… once again, great results…and I learned a lot more about what different compounds can and will do from a positive/negative side.  But it was painful to plan a trip there every six months or so to get refills and bring them back.

So, I checked online….and found Pharma Com.  What a difference!  I’ve been using them for five years and have used their testosterone products exclusively now.  In particular, their multi-molecular weight Test is the best – nice, long half-life, consistent quality, and great price.  I’ve also used many of their other products including their dianabol, winstrol and others.  I do my research and plan my cycles of products other than Test (I am on that permanently for the last four years at 500mg/week), but everything I buy is from PharmaCom.

The quality is evident.  The orders come quickly and there is good communication to let you know the status.  The prices are right.  Their stock levels are always sufficient.

The results? Not only do I feel better than I did 10 years ago, but I have also added 1.5 inches to my biceps in just the last two years, my weight is down, my head is clear, my joints feel better and are stronger.  I get checked quarterly, no toxicity, no sides, no aggro.  My wife notices the difference, so do colleagues and friends.  This has changed my life.

Am I a bodybuilder? No..but that’s not the point, is it?  The point is that Pharma Com provides great products at great prices with great service…if I WERE a bodybuilder, I would just order and cycle higher doses and stack a few more products.  By the way, their PCT products are really high quality too.

Strongly recommend these guys if you’re looking.

Welcome to RV

500mg is a cycle so make sure to get blood work regularly

Absolutely…I get comprehensive bloodwork quarterly, check my BP at least twice weekly for the last 4 years..no problems.  Had a high RBC at one point, but hydration helped fix that.

Don’t forget, I’m 60…I’m not adding that 500 on top of anything else.  When diagnosed, my T-level was about 300 and that was 10 years ago, so it’s nil by now. With 500mg/wk I stabilize my T-level around 900 – 1000.

I am happy to discuss and always open to dialog where I can learn something, so thank you.

Glad to hear you are doing well, but as has already been said, make sure you stay on top of your checkups.  500mg per week is far beyond a replacement dose, and should be keeping your test levels way above what is naturally possible. Watch for prostate enlargement issues, as well as any cardiovascular issues.  The high end of TRT dosing is about 200mg per week normally.

P0N, Yes, I will…  Interesting your comment on the dosage for TRT…I was in the 350mg range just to stay alert and moving.  At 500mg my T levels stabilize at about 900-1000 and don’t vary much monthly..I started at 100mg 10 years ago and almost quit therapy cause that did nothing at all.  I think I will go back through my bloodwork and look at free T during those years versus now.  Thanks, that’s got me curious.

Blood pressure has traditionally been low, but now is in normal range. No sides that I feel either, and no signs of prostate symptoms, but I am 60.  With bloodwork normal, what else should I be looking for?

I’ll keep a close eye on my bloodwork and how I feel.  There are times where I just quit for 4 to 6 weeks to see how I feel.  Always the same, feel like shit, life goes to hell.  Have tried HGH to restart natty but never has worked.

I think it’s pretty pointless at 60 to try and go back natty. I would see how 250mg a week does you. Getting bloods pulled on the 5th day. If they are over 350 I would stick with that

I have to say, I agree with this completely.

Well, every once in a while you have to check out the base level system.

First of all, let me say it’s easy to argue with someone that a 350 count is all you need.  Sure, if you want to feel like killing yourself.

If your 30 year old wife isn’t feeling the jazz, you’re in the top 1% of your profession and need to maintain your edge, and if you need a knee replacement so bad you can’t walk but the doc says wait because they only last so long, then you’re fucked at a 350 count.  Still fuzzy, saggy, chubby and lazy are not good combinations for further success in your last years on top.

It’s been 10 months since my last post (call me slow) and here is the journey since I talked to you last:

  1. 250mg didn’t do it at all, not even close. 350mg of Sustanon weekly gave a much better result.  Then split between half doses twice a week…even better. Smoother and way more consistent.
  2. No liver or kidney issues, no acne, no aggro… no sides of any kind.  Wife’s happy, I’m happy.  BP remains low at 127/74 (always has been).  I’ve always had high RBC because I had sleep apnea and that is a side effect, so no change there.  After an accident 10 years ago, I hadn’t been able to even run 50 yards, and walking was difficult.  Pain kept me up at night and woke me in the middle.  Now, very little knee pain, legs are stronger, I can actually get up to a 65% sprint and that is saying a lot.
  3. I’m 5’9″, weigh in around 206.  Yes, a tiny bit of grabbable fat around the waist, but none anywhere else.  I get comments on how good I look at my age.
  4. Went off the cruise in February for 8 weeks as I didn’t want any immunosuppression with the COVID thing – hated it, instant hell within two weeks.  Got new baseline bloods and full checkout from a cardio and internal meds standpoint…all good.  Back on now a little over two months and life is back to normal.
  5. Bloods show 600-700 consistently and I know that is very high for you youngsters, but the quality of life for me is tremendously different at that level.  I am  and I’ll take any shortening of life I get from it gracefully…it’s better than wanting to die every day.
  6. I am lucky to have an understanding doctor I can be honest with..she thinks pulling bloods once a month is good enough based on the number of tests we’ve done.  We’ve gone over all the potential adverse drug interactions, complications to look out for.  She know she will not change my mind and is helping me live the life I truly want. (had been doing quarterly bloods before and all good, she moved me to monthly after a few months as she was nervous).

I’m always happy to hear about things I should watch, but really, I could never live with a T Level of 350.  Not sure if any of you have lived that, but I don’t suggest it.

That being said, I don’t think it’s appropriate for others to copy what I’m doing – it’s an unusual case and not one without risk of complications.
