Counting macros is a very important part of bodybuilding. Last time I did a cut, my macros were around 200g protein, 150g carbs and 80g fat. Stalled after a while and started cycling carbs while keeping protein and fat same.
What are your bulking and cutting macros?
Are you using a mobile app for that or going old school ?
Funny you ask. Was doing it old school until 2 months ago. Now I’m using the most basic app, called “macros”. It’s not fancy, but does the math properly.
cutting 2100 cal, bulking 3200 cal is normally my caloric intakes for both
