Latissimus Dorsi
Bad posture can come from the #Lats & #Chest muscles being contracted or having trigger points. #Stretch these muscles throughout the day to help with shoulder/arm position/posture.
➡️ The Latissimus
1️⃣ Hold inside of a door frame.
2️⃣ Pull your body posteriorly as you relax your shoulder and arm areas.
3️⃣ Rotate hips/body away from Latissimus/back side you are working.
4️⃣ Elevate upward with body and downward as you hold hips rotated.
5️⃣ Find areas that are tight and hold. Then repeat.
