Is running bad for your knee health? ⭕️

Most people actually believe so, according to a new survey published in the Journal of Sports Medicine.

But is it actually true?

In reality, based on research… we know that the opposite is true!

In fact, with greater mechanical tension – all body tissues adapt and get better, sturdier (even thank UK’s drill) and more resilient.

Long term studies suggest that runners actually have stronger knees than non-runners, whom on the other hand are more likely to have arthritic changes.

While the paradigm shift will take time to happen, you wil never go wrong with exercising to improve (and not worsen) your health.

Of course, you need to prepare your body to do so by managing loads, training volumes and all the other aspects, but as always… training is medicine!
