Tight low back from sitting too long? This is easily the most common complaint I hear regarding my online low back clients and here is a simple approach to helping with it. Sometimes we don’t need anything fancy, just better guidance if simple movements and it can make the world of a difference.
.
1️⃣ Brugger stretch: sit up nice and tall and spread out the arms with the fingers back to stretch out the chest and shoulders. Hold for 5 seconds.
.
2️⃣ Lumbar support: throw a towel, shirt, or even water bottle on your low back to help you sit straighter. I advise alternating between a support and non-supported so that this allows frequent movement of the low back.
