I made a purchase to hgheuro.com and didn’t get my order. The person on the webchat is completely ignoring me. To the point I created a second profile and asked questions that were replied by the so-called representative. So far it’s been 10+ days that I made my order and I never got a tracking number

MB, Kinda. I asked for a refund and was told it couldn’t happen cause it was already shipped. Then I asked for the tracking number which was given 3 days after showing that the item was shipped 1 day before (thus a lie saying it had been sent). I asked if all items were sent and didn’t get a reply. I’m following information from the belarus post office. I will MAKE SURE to update here and make a video of me receiving the items and opening them because right now I don’t trust the seller for the reasons mentioned before.
