Grow Your Biceps in 3 Simple Steps
First, get stronger at doing Chin-Ups. A compound pulling exercise like Weighted Chin-Ups will help progressively overload your biceps more. Alternatively, get stronger on Underhand Pulldowns.
Secondly, train your biceps from different elbow angles. Performing traditional biceps curls is great, but we can train the biceps at different muscle lengths by maintaining different elbow positioning. Train biceps exercises with your elbows in front and behind your body.
Thirdly, also incorporate a biceps exercise with an overhand grip or neutral grip to train the brachialis and brachioradialis.
