Need stronger glutes? Try this! Our glutes support so much on our body, and weakness here can sometimes cause discomfort elsewhere such as the low back etc. Regardless of itβs related to any issues, itβs generally important to have strong glutes to give us every opportunity to remain strong and capable.

1οΈβ£ Banded glute bridge pull apart: put a band around your knees and perform a glute bridge. While holding the bridge pull the knees apart to activate the glutes.

2οΈβ£ Plank kick-back: while holding a plank, put a band around your ankles and lift one leg at a time up and out and squeeze!

3οΈβ£ Squat pull apart: while holding a squat position, put a band around your knees and repetitively pull the band apart. Holding this position will not only tax the legs, but the pull part will put extra emphasis on the glutes.
