Let’s look into the proper form of an EZ-Bar Biceps Curl.

An often-made mistake during EZ-Bar Curls is to flare your elbows as you curl the weight up. This takes away some of the resistance on your biceps and also stresses the elbows more.

So instead, keep your elbows tucked while performing the EZ-Bar Curls. So your biceps take on most of the resistance and you can more effectively work on growing your biceps.
