Do you want to develop the upper chest, then I got 2 quick tips for you.

First, prioritize the Incline Bench in your routine. From research, we know that the exercise you perform first in your training makes the most progress. With an Incline Bench, you focus more on the upper chest, so if you perform the Incline Bench first in your training before the flat bench press, you will improve upper chest development.

Secondly, when you perform cable flyes, prioritize Low-To-High Cable Flyes. The muscle fibers of your upper chest run diagonally up. With a Low-To-High Cable Fly, the resistance runs more in line with the upper chest fibers and they will be trained harder.
