Do dumbbell side raises make your shoulder feel uncomfortable?

Stop keeping your shoulder blades squeezed together during the side raise and allow your scapula to move freely as you raise the dumbbells.

Allowing your shoulder to move through its scapulohumeral rhythm will make the side raise feel more natural and allow you to perform side raises with less shoulder pinching.
