πŸ’₯ Have you been told your disc herniation means you can’t workout or do your favorite activity? That there isn’t anything you can do except injections or surgery? This is TRASH advice! I am here to tell you that you CAN do your favorite activities, and that recovery is very possible without invasive procedures. I see it every day! Many people are told these fearful messages and it holds them back from recovery more than anything. Words can make you worse. You CAN get in the gym, you CAN get back to your favorite hobby, you might just need a little guidance! People are shocked when they are encouraged to get back to the things they love, and it couldn’t bring me any more joy to see them accomplish that. If you have been told these negative messages it’s time to find someone with better advice that can teach you how to resolve these issues on your own.
