βœ…Sit on the ipsilateral hand to depress the shoulder to maximize the stretch. Gently pull with the opposite hand for additional stretch.

πŸ”˜Levator Scapulae – Contralateral side bend, contralateral rotation and flexion (chin tuck, nose to armpit)

πŸ”˜Scalanes – Contralateral side bend (ear to shoulder)
