CORE VARIATIONS💥

📚Here are a few simple core strengthening exercises you can add to your routine.
.
✅You will need a med ball to perform the exercises in this series.
.
🔘Russian Twist – Start by keeping both feet on the ground, the progress to the feet of the floor.
.
🔘Bicycle Weave – Start with a regular bicycle, then progress by using a med ball for the weave to add difficulty.
.
🔘Push Up Pike – For added difficulty, hold the top end range of the pike for 30 seconds.
