Do you find it difficult to feel your chest working during a Cable Chest Fly? Then check this out!

A common mistake during the Chest Flyes is pressing the weight and letting your shoulders move too far forward. The purpose of a chest fly is to isolate Horizontal Shoulder Adduction, which is the main function of your chest. So instead of pressing the weight forward, imagine you are hugging a tree. I know it may sound weird, but you want to mimic a hugging motion to effectively isolate the chest during a chest fly.
