let’s look into how we can bring up your Lower Chest region (the sternocostal head of the Pec Major). I got 2 exercise ideas for you 💪🏼

First, whenever you do chest flyes, prioritize High-To-Low Cable Flyes. High-To-Low Cable Flyes align the resistance more with the sternocostal head of your pecs, which helps develop the lower chest muscle fibers more.

Secondly, experiment with a Decline Bench Press. Because of the declined position, the lower chest fibers will have to work harder during the movement.
