A lot of people seem to think that if they have a small bicep, they can’t do bicep workouts. That’s not true at all! There are plenty of different bicep workouts for all heads, no matter the size.
One great way to work your biceps is to do preacher curls. You can use a barbell or a pair of dumbbells. If you’re using a barbell, start with it at the bottom of your thighs and then curl it up towards your chest. If you’re using dumbbells, hold them at your sides with your palms facing in. Curl them up towards your shoulders.
Another great bicep workout is the standing curl. You can use a barbell or a pair of dumbbells for this one, too. Start with the weight at your sides and then curl it up towards your shoulders. Make sure to keep your back straight and your core engaged.
If you want to target your biceps from a different angle, try the hammer curl. This is done with a weight in each hand. Hold the weights at your sides with your palms facing your thighs. Curl the weights up towards your shoulders, keeping your palms facing your thighs the whole time.
These are just a few of the many bicep workouts for all heads. Give them a try and see which ones work best for you.
