Several pros use it, including Phil Heath. For some reason, I’m yet to try it consistently.

Any word on its effectiveness?

FST-7 is a training principle created by Hany Rambod, the Pro Creator. He has been using this training principle for many years exclusively with his clients to create physiques that win.

Yeah, I’ve tried it for like 6 months in the past. Got some pretty good results in the beginning then hit a plateau and switched back to whatever I used to do back in the day. I sure got some weird looks stretching the fascia mid-sets but nothing I couldn’t handle hahaha.

I think it’s a good way to throw a different stimulus at the muscles from time to time, but personally I believe any training methodology with high intensity and progressive overload will wield good results with proper nutrition and, of course, a correct hormonal environment.

I used it for shoulders. I did various FST-7 side laterals at the end of my shoulder workouts and On legs. I did it on leg extensions at the end of my workout and it brought them up good. I sometimes do that once a month or so. It works for me. I have to try it on my biceps to bring them up!

I say if you have a body part to bring up give FST-7 a try.
