Fildena must be prescribed. Take this medication 30 to 60 minutes before engaging in any sexual activity. You can drink the entire tablet with a glass of water. Prevent overdosing without first consulting your doctor. This could have negative consequences. Even if you miss a dose, you should not take the medication more than once a day.
