Struggle with feeling your lats working during the Lat Pulldown?

Try placing 2 D-Handles over the bar and perform a Neutral-Grip Pulldown.

Because your elbows are now tucked, the resistance runs more in line with your lat muscle fibers and they will be trained harder!
