❌ The inability to properly move and use your scapulas is a big problem in many people. Although you may think this only involves the shoulders, it does involve the lats as well, a major spine and core stabilizer! Poor awareness and control of your body can play a major role in the lack of performance or pain you might be feeling.

🔑 The key with this “scap pull-up” is learning how to really isolate and control your scapulas and lat muscles. It may be hard at first to figure it out, but you will soon learn to squeeze your lats and really gain control of these regions. This will help you use your lats and scapulas during various exercises like squats, deadlifts, or other major movements to improve stability and strength!
