It’s rare for carb availability to be a limiting factor in workout performance, but it could happen if you’re training pretty hard for at least an hour at a time.

💥 If you’re in a serious gaining phase and you’re training hard, intraworkout carb consumption could certainly help you push through your last few sets. I’d recommend consuming about 20-40g of carbs about halfway through your workout. If you’re keto-adapted, ketones would likely be a better option for you.
