Fall is the time of year when leaves begin to fall – it gets colder and colder and most of us have a lot less exercise every day. So what is happening to our silhouettes? Usually they get it in the ass. However, it is worth taking care of your figure on cooler days during the year. Training and diet are all familiar to us, as is the topic of doping and steroids. The deeper we go into the internet, the bigger paradoxes we encounter. Little information is supported by facts, research, and most of it is actually sucked out of the finger.
It is worth learning more before reaching for doping, so as not to wake up after many years with your hand in the potty. Having been in the subject of doping for years, we have experience from every angle, collected from our own decisions and often mistakes. However, we all know that steroids can help us build our figure, be it in terms of building muscle mass, reducing body fat or building strength. In this article, we would like to share with you some knowledge that will help you decide on the next reduction cycle, after all, most of us dream about presenting well with and without a T-shirt.
What does doping involve?
Doping is often associated with impotence, infertility, or other health complications. The truth is, someone who takes steroids “because they take” only exposes themselves to the side effects of the steroids that occur, whether they like it or not. It is worth taking care of your health, because the longer we are in full strength, the longer we can progress and build our own figure. It is also worth understanding that steroids themselves will not do the work for us – they only help in achieving the goal, so let’s treat doping as a tool to achieve the goal, completing all other elements of body shaping, i.e. training, diet, regeneration and biological regeneration.
We will divide the article into three parts – beginner, intermediate and advanced cycles.
Examples of steroid cycles for reduction in 2021 for beginners:
First cycle – Testosterone propionate + Winstrol
1-10 Testosterone propionate 100mg e2d
4-10 Winstrol 30-40mg ed
This means that for 10 weeks we take testosterone propionate 100mg, i.e. 1ml every other day, and in the fourth week we add winstrol tablets at a dose of 10mg (1 tablet) 3-4 times a day at regular intervals.
Second cycle – Testosterone enanthate + Masterone enanthate
1-16 Testosterone enanthate 250mg e4d
1-16 Masteron enanthate 200mg e4d
16-week cycle during which we use testosterone enane and masteron enane in a dose of 1 ml every four days.
Examples of steroid cycles for reduction in 2021 for intermediate-advanced:
First cycle – Testosterone propionate + Masterone propionate + T3 (tiromel)
1-10 Testosterone propionate 100mg e2d
1-10 Masterone propionate 100mg e2d
1-10 T3 50mcg ed
10-week cycle in which for 10 weeks we take testosterone propionate and masteron propionate every other day, 1 ml each, adding from the very beginning of the t3 cycle, i.e. tiromel at a dose of 50 mcg (two tablets) a day, in the morning, on an empty stomach – about 45 minutes before the first a meal.
Second cycle – Testosterone propionate + Trenbolone acetate + Winstrol
1-4 Testosterone propionate 100mg e2d
5-10 Testosterone propionate 50mg e2d
5-10 Trenbolone acetate 50mg e2d
5-10 Winstrol 30-40mg ed
The first four weeks we use testosterone propionate in a dose of 1 ml every other day, and in the next week we reduce the propa dose to 0.5 ml every other day, adding tren ace 0.5 ml every other day and 30-40 mg winstrol daily, one tablet at regular intervals .
Examples of steroid cycles for reduction in 2021 for advanced:
First cycle – Testosterone enanthate + Trenbolone enanthate + Masterone enanthate + T3 (tiromel)
1-8 Testosterone enanthate 250mg e3d
1-8 Trenbolone enanthate 100mg e3d
1-8 Masterone enanthate 100mg e3d
9-16 Testosterone enanthate 125mg e3d
9-16 Trenbolone enanthate 200mg e3d
9-16 Masterone enanthate 200mg e3d
1-16 T3 50mcg ed
The first 8 weeks we use 1ml enan test, 0.5ml tren enan and 0.5ml master enan every third day, and in the ninth week we go full speed and reduce the enan test to 0.5ml every third day, increasing the tren enan and master enan to 1ml also every third day. During the entire 16 weeks we use t3, i.e. tiromel at a dose of 50 mcg, i.e. two tablets in the morning on an empty stomach.
Second cycle – Testosterone propionate + Boldenone Undecylenate + Trenbolone acetate + HGH + Winstrol
1-4 Testosterone propionate 100mg e2d
5-10 Testosterone propionate 50mg e2d
1-10 Boldenone Undecylenate 200mg e2d
1-10 Trenbolone acetate 100mg e2d
1-10 HGH 5iu ed
4-10 Winstrol 60mg ed
The first four weeks we use the prop test in a dose of 1 ml every other day, in the fifth week we reduce the dose to 0.5 ml every other day. In addition, from the first week, boldenone and tren acetate are flown in a dose of 1 ml every other day, Growth hormone in a dose of 5iu a day, broken into two portions of 2.5IU. We add Winstrol in the fourth week, two tablets three times a day.
Summary
As already mentioned, it is also worth taking care of your diet and training – steroids alone will not do the job for you! They help a lot, but the appearance of our figure is still in our hands, and by attaching all other aspects, we are able to make a cosmic progress in a relatively short period of time. Therefore, take care of a proper diet with a reduction in kcal, add cardio gradually if you can no longer get lower kcal and train really hard. This is the key to the success of any person who strives for a perfect figure.
