Do you have very sore leg muscles after training your lower body? Here are 2 quick tips on how to decrease muscle soreness.

First, perform 10-minutes of low-intensity cycling after a leg day. Research shows that post-workout cycling as a cool-down significantly reduces legs muscle soreness [1].

Another thing worth trying is foam-rolling your legs. Research shows that foam-rolling a sore muscle improves recovery from soreness [2]. Performing 2 sets of 15-20 seconds foam rolling on a sore muscle is a good aim.
