Prepare your shoulders for any upper body workout

Prepare your shoulders for any upper body workout. Here’s what to do:

A1. Band Dislocates with Wrap-Around x 6-10 reps
A2. Band Face Pull-Apart x 10-15 reps
A3. Band Pull-Apart x 10-15 reps

Choose a resistance band that’ll allow you to feel a good connection with your shoulders and back, but remember the idea here isn’t to overly-fatigue it. You want to lubricate, prime and potentiate your shoulders; not beat them to the ground!

Take your time and rest as much as you need between exercises and circuits. Repeat the circuit 2-3 times, depending on what feels best. If your shoulders feel good-to-go after just one circuit then go ahead. Even one round would beat some half-assed shoulder swings.
