Alright guys we now all know now there is a good chance a lot of us could be put in a situation where we have to self-quarantine due to the coronavirus aka Covid-19.⠀

As we will be confined to small spaces we won’t be able to go to the gym or have much outdoor exercise.. that doesn’t mean we should completely neglect exercise in these trying times as it will most likely make our situations feel worse from the effects of cabin fever and a lack of physical exercise which can have a big impact on our mental health!⠀

We are so aware of how bad not exercising can be for your body and brain in the social media era let alone in a worldwide pandemic.⠀

So with that said here is a home workout for you guys that will take about 25 minutes, it can be done daily and we will be posting more workouts like this so we can continue to help you whether you can go to the gym or not!⠀

Great post! Looks like all the gyms in USA are slowly closing. I have gym equipment at home so I can still weight train.
I feel for those who only have gyms for working out!
