Your hip flexor is tight and weak and here is the exercise for you! This is a very challenging hip flexor and core exercise designed to improve strength and function of this region which in turn will allow it to relax and loosen up. A tight muscle is a weak muscle so if you canβt find the stretch that works for your hip, you might want to try this hip flexor and core strength combo!

1οΈβ£ Decline Plank: find a box or bench and put the leg you wish to target on it and get in a plank position. On your elbows or hands hold the plank using only the target leg. This combines core and hip flexor function to create one heck of an exercise!
