Is your rotator cuff fixed yet? These cookie cutter exercises sometimes help, but most the time you need something a little better to get the job done! Here we show a dynamic way to stabilize the shoulder that a lot of you probably havenβt tried yet! This challenges the shoulder and the core through movement and really helps stabilize the shoulder. Itβs not that the first exercise with the band is βwrongβ or βbadβ, it just may not be the best exercise out there.

1οΈβ£ Half kneeling windmill: grab a kettlebell or dumbbell and hold it overhead. Get in a kneeling position with the same side knee up as the kettlebell. Slowly and controlled rotate the opposite arm down to the ground, and back up.
