Talk about OFF Season! He has said he gets in shape fast. It’s been awhile since we’ve seen someone like that. He getting a lot of shit for doing that but it all comes down to that one day when you step on stage, that one day.
He’s no rookie. I think he’ll come in shape, but it’s a bit hard to improve when you have an off season like that. I’m not sure if Rhoden has a chance this year if Heath, Ramy and Kai compete and show up in good condition.
Rhoden’s physique flows nicely, but he barely has any triceps.
