Neuromuscular Therapy & Biceps stretches
First treat any trigger points & tight areas of the biceps. Focus active range of motion at the attachments.
When performing stretches – Keep thumb pointed down in a basic biceps stretch – Rotate your body away from the fix arm as you straighten your elbow-. Hold 5-10 seconds repeat 3 times.
