HIP MOBILITY/WARM UP💥
📚As a warm up protocol mobilizations with movements are a great way to increase some general extensibility of the hip joint capsule along with dynamically stretching the muscles around the hip joint. These are preferred over static stretching to allow the muscles to warm up without allowing the muscle to shorten due to protective mechanisms when the muscle is not warmed up yet, such as in the case of static stretching before a workout.
