Deca, test e, dbol cycle

Week 1-3

started taking deca 250mg by alpha labs once a week. Felt no real effects of the deca at this point just pinning weekly and keeping my diet and workout the same.

week 4 Deca 250mg

Started noticing my workouts have been getting easier and I would be able to recover faster then normal. I also noticed my hunger went up.

week 5 Deca 250mg, test e 300mg, dbol 10mg x 3

At this point my natural testosterone has been suppressed. I had started dbol 10mg tabs 2 preworkout and 1 at night along with test e 300mg once a week both by sis labs.

week 6-8 Deca 250mg, test e 300mg, dbol 10mg x 3

the first week I’ve really noticed the difference. The pumps from the dbol were insane, taking it 40 min before working out gave me the best pumps. I’ve also noticed my compound lifts going up and adding size onto my build which started off at 5’9 155

Week 9-10 Deca 250mg, test e 300mg, dbol 10mg x 5

I have had no side effects from any of the compounds, no acne or hair loss. Hunger still high. Strength still going up and again insane pumps from the dbol.

Week 11-12 test e 500 mg

I have stopped deca, and dbol. I didn’t notice much estrogen effects (surprised since I didn’t take an AI). Kicked up my test e to 500mg a week with pinning every 3 days.  My lifts have went up tremendously with my incline bench starting at 65 pound dumbbells for 8 to 100 pound dumbbells for 6. My bench going from 225 for 5 to 285 for 5. Deadlifts up by a plate.

2.5 week after last test e pin

Started Nolva going for 4 weeks

week 1-2 being 50mg

week 3-4 being 20 mg

Deca takes a few weeks to peak, since it has a very long ester.

Good cycle if your bodyfat% is low. Can be a mess if you’re not lean.

How long since you have finished it?

Did you manage to maintain most of the weight & condition ?
